hOlly going mOlly?

is it too early to be excited about Christmas?

i lost my Christmas mood. not long ago i'm still so excited about it
no mood for Christmas decoration.
no mood for Christmas shopping.
no mood for pressies.
mmmmmmmmm....

it used to be such a BIG deal in the old days.
and then it changed to LESS deal when i became a busy mom
now it turn NO deal -eh?

but this JUST won't do. i LOVE christmas too much.
probably i should write down to-do-list, shopping list and more list just to get me jumpy of all things that need to be done. i'm not a 'list' person but i notice some did that to spice up the mood and get into the groove...and it works.

are you in your Christmas mood? if yes, please do spread it around so that i can catch it.

I totally agree with you. As years pass by, the Christmas mood is getting lesser and lesser. I was thinking of putting up the Christmas tree.. but was wondering whether it is too early.. may be it's not, huh :) Can't wait to see my boys reaction to the Christmas tree.. they might even undecorate it! hehehe..

we had dinner with my parents - roast turkey or bbq every year. tho we are not christians, we celebrate too. the kids will have gifts exchange. Nothing for us adults haha.

btw, haf a tag for you at http://littledarlings.twinilla.com/?p=25=259

The mood is affected by the kids at home.. and I think my hubby is quite in the mood too.

He even requested for :
1) Christmas pudding making (done!)
2) Turkey roasting (my first attempt this year)

For the girls.. this is a great time to bring them to the malls to look at decos. Zaria is just so facinated by the decos and lights.

Oops.. our Christmas seems to be revolving around shopping and eating. :P

I thought maybe this year, will bring Zara to church, she seems to be interested in Jesus.
