The BoY is back to Kindy
(a back dated issue that deserve an entry in this blog)
after a fun-filled day trial at nursery last year, we aborted the plan for Matt to join the nursery when I moved office.
anyway, a year has swiftly passed by. now, Matt is officially attending Kindy (he just turned 4 last month).

we expected a chaotic scene of crying kiddies and anxious parents but its actually more stressful than i imagine. anyway, it didn't took long for Matt to settle in.
no cry..no fuss..no muss..no worry..be happy attitude..he is so cool!
he played...he read...he coloured..he snacked...he sang along....so at ease.
of course,
he constantly looked out for mummy and daddy
more often than not he didn't stay in line when queuing
and he was not the least bit interested in what the teacher was talking about
let's no fret over the small stuff and look at the BIG picture - 1st day at kindy and i think he is doing fine!

on the way home,
we asked him: "Matt, do you like school?"
Matt replied without hesitation: "Yeah, I like school"
Mummy said: "tomorrow we go school again, ok?"
Matt replied: "enough, enough, one day is enough"
...................oh, we obviously didn't see that coming..... but it sure ended the event with a note of humour. lovely.
ps: so far, he is coping well :)
