buzz... buzz...
after months of practically doing nothing much except trying to save my life, suddenly i'm back on the game called "LIFE". yep, i'm back to work and with Christmas just around the corner, i'm busy as a....
...one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest.
...one lung woman running a marathon.
...a whole buzzing beehive.
but i'm loving it. love the adrenalin flow. love the rush. love just being so alive.
i have been running around doing Christmas shopping lately (nowadays they built such humongous shopping complexes that walking from one end to the other already wear me off....ok, maybe i need to work on my stamina) and i'm still way off my shopping list. my Christmas mood is definitely simmering now....trying to work it up into a boiling degree by Christmas.
ever since school holiday, this boy is totally hook up on PS II, v-TEch, our PCs, his lil IQ builders laptop....anything to do with games.
early...very early Sunday morning, he was already up and fixated with his lil IQ builder laptop. i wonder will we be able to "UNDO" this before he start nursery next year.
anyway, we have our Christmas tree up finally...same tree...same spot.

we try to make it real simple and fuss free this year. so, we just scattered some Christmasy stuff here and there just to lift the mood. love the snowman (3rd pic) and the santa book (background) is Matt's recent fav- so, it's out on display.

Matt's santa letter was nicely roll up, tuck into a Christmas stocking and hang on the Christmas tree for now. later on, i will keep both the letter and the sock in Matt's 'bag of childhood memories' (haven't got the bag yet, it's just a box at the moment). i intend to give the 'bag of childhood' to Matt when he becomes a father one day (please let me live long enough to do that-amen:)) i think he will appreciate that. of course, doing the same for Brad too.

did you notice Matt is wearing his Ben10 watch? yep, his 1st wish list already fulfilled by his uncle (my bro-in-law) who came back from US for holiday. it's not really a watch but just a wrist band device- i haven't check it out properly, so i can't comment much.
there is a reason why he asked for a 'toy dog' for me and a 'bear' for his father...will go into that later.
tomorrow is '12 days leading to Christmas' and i'm so excited. my list of everyday something is not complete yet but we are gonna go with flow.
